When you edit and save the message is the "Sending as" on the right hand side of the message set to "text" or to "html"?If set to text then it strips all formatting on save / send yes.If set to html, and it should be set to html as soon as you take any html formatting action from the toolbar, then it should keep all formatting. Note that an html copy - paste is not actually recognised as html and if you created the message that way you may need to manually switch to html.Anyway I have just confirmed when set to html it keeps the html formatting when saving drafts to the Drafts folder or templates to the Templates folder.Let me know if that does not match what you are seeing.MarijnOn Monday 21/11/2011 at 10:15 pm, Tom Cross wrote: Hi All I've been creating Templates under Surgeweb for a while and it really is useful. Hi All I've been creating Templates under Surgeweb for a while and it really is useful. BUT Is there a way to create a Formatted Template, I'm looking at Time Sheets etc.I have created the look I want in a mail, but when I save it as a draft it looses all formatting??
