Why not setup a mirror server, active, and let the two systems mirror 
(all mail from old will copy/sync to the new server).  Netwin allows you 
a 30 day trial that can be used as the mirror system, then transfer your 
license to the new box, and turn off mirror.

Voila, done. (Set the slave back to master so Dlist will function properly.)
