I checked my own logs and don't see any such issues delivering to Netzero. I also checked "64.136.44.37" and I see that's used by juno.com -- how are messages to Juno users working? One of our campground's mailing list members is at netzero.com. Every time I try to send mail either from mail list or from my client, I get this: Status: 5.0.0 Diagnostic-code smtp; HELO response (503 Command out of sequence) The log has: smtp:[24.52.160.24] In: RCPT TO:<campers@netzero.net> msg: [17825] Rcpt: 24.52.160.24 <johnk@spectrumdata.com> <campers@netzero.net> 0 "" check rcpt (campers@netzero.net) from (<johnk@spectrumdata.com>) msg: msg_rcpt_new(<campers@netzero.net>) msg_rcpt_lookup <campers@netzero.net> islocal 0 depth 1 rcpt_lookup (<campers@netzero.net>) spf_unblock_test didn't like it (<campers@netzero.net>) msg_user_check(<campers@netzero.net>,<campers@netzero.net>,,k=1 ublock=0 msgblock=0 msg_allow_sms user(campers) dom(netzero.net) ip(24.52.160.24) authuser(johnk@spectrumdata.com) access(all) quota(-1) sms_forward() forward_rcpt (<campers@netzero.net>) 0 0 1 spf: Now do spf bounce processing 24.52.160.24 <johnk@spectrumdata.com> <campers@netzero.net> noblock msg: [17825] Received: 24.52.160.24 <johnk@spectrumdata.com> <campers@netzero.net> 9779 <4F1C80F3.5010306@spectrumdata.com> "Body has arrived, Relay=smtpauth=johnk@spectrumdata.com, nrcpt=1, s=[Drive-In at campground]" dofilter: rcpt (<campers@netzero.net>) causing filter scan (all) msg: [17825] NOSPAM: 24.52.160.24 <johnk@spectrumdata.com> <campers@netzero.net> 9779 <4F1C80F3.5010306@spectrumdata.com> "spam user access not set so no spam filtering will occur" aspam: skipped (g_smite_skip_trusted) to <johnk@spectrumdata.com> -> <campers@netzero.net> drun: SKIP action=A_THEN Line: if (isin(From,"campers@netzero.net")) th... drun: SKIP action=A_THEN Line: if (isin(From,"sis.1@netzero.com")) then... send: dns response (netzero.net) (64.136.44.37 64.136.52.37) msg: log_reason [17825] Failed: 24.52.160.24 <johnk@spectrumdata.com> <campers@netzero.net> 9779 <4F1C80F3.5010306@spectrumdata.com> "HELO response (503 Command out of sequence)" Sending dsn was to <campers@netzero.net> back to <johnk@spectrumdata.com> failed HELO response (503 Command out of sequence) msg: dsn: - from was (<johnk@spectrumdata.com>) to (<campers@netzero.net>) (failed) msg: Bouncing <campers@netzero.net> HELO response (503 Command out of sequence) Thanks
