Interesting timing of your comment and suggested feature list :-) Have 
a read of the surgeweb release notes:

Multiple account support (along with reply-to configuration) has been 
available for a long time but there were some minor issues which meant 
it was not fully enabled by default and you had to manually enable it. 
It is fully enabled from now on.

This version also allows access to a bunch of the user.cgi features 
that up until recently have not been available in surgeweb (including 
aliases).

And lastly yes, the multiple and more advanced signature support is 
what I am currently working on again and should be available in short 
order.

So maybe that will be of interest :-)
