Hi Chris,

It's intermittent. She said it's definitely happened before but this is the first time we have managed to pin point an exact message and time when it is happened. Any idea what the blank file is in her sent directory on the server? It's timed around 20 mins before the email was sent though.

She uses Apple Mail.
