Go to your surgemail install directory and run "tellmail pathHIDDEN@domain.com". This will give you the path to that users data. Get the disk usage of this directory. Compare this to the quota size you have set for this account. This will make sure your disk usage and Surgemail quota match. If they don't match, then run "tellmail quota_rebuild_domain domain.com" to rebuild the quotas for all users in that domain. I have noticed on occasion that they get out of sync, and it will report mailbox is full even though your disk usage is below the set quota.
