I assume the customer used pop to get their mail into outlook. Just set up an IMAP connection in Outlook and copy all the mail back to the server. Make sure you change the password on the pop account so the mail is not downloaded again.

[SurgeMail List] Transfering mail from Outlook to Surgeweb
Hi
I have a customer with Outlook 2010, and wants to change over to Surgeweb.
They have there inbox, as mail is held on the server,
Is there a way to import the sent items back into surgeweb?
