That's right. I've had a couple of ISPs and it has worked.
Here are the settings I use now:
Domain = *
To = servername or IP
This particular ISP server doesn't use smtp-auth, (which is mind blowing
to me) but if it did, like my old ISP did, then put it the user name and
password.
Relay = default
No ticks in the boxes.
