Ok. Thanks for your help. I guess the first message was a little light on details. This is happening to a message being sent to a local recipient, not outbound email. I can send to other email addresses in the same domain from the same originating server fine but for some reason not this one. I believe this is all of the information in the log for this message: 29 19:29:34.00:128919040: smtp:[208.82.224.15] In: MAIL FROM:HIDDEN@.net> SIZE=1153 29 19:29:34.00:128919040: from truncated1 (HIDDEN@.net> SIZE=1153) 29 19:29:34.00:128919040: from truncated2 (HIDDEN@.net>) 29 19:29:34.00:128919040: smtp:[208.82.224.15] Out: 250 Command MAIL OK 29 19:29:34.00:128919040: smtp:[208.82.224.15] In: RCPT TO:HIDDEN@r@atcyber.net> 29 19:29:34.00:128919040: check rcpt HIDDEN@r@atcyber.net) from (<joe@wi.net>) 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: user_send_max: () add 1. 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: response good 250 local recipient ok 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: smtp:[208.82.224.15] Out: 250 local recipient ok 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: smtp:[208.82.224.15] In: DATA 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: scmd: local_from was happy 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: smtp:[208.82.224.15] Out: 354 Command DATA Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF> 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: scmd: Data received 1153 bytes 1k/sec OK 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: Adding header (X-Originating-IP: 208.82.224.15) 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: g_verify_mx: domainHIDDEN@.net (wi.net), ipnum=208.82.224.15 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: g_verify_mx: Skipping as g_spam_allow matched 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: badfrom 0 badmx 0 badfrommx 0 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: not applying badfrom_check as spam_allow matched 84436528 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: scmd: Message submitted [6742022] Failed msg_que_later 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: scmd: recipient state [6742022] Sent (HIDDEN@r@atcyber.net>) 29 19:29:35.00:128919040: smtp:[208.82.224.15] Out: 554 Failure msg_que_later Support <surgemailHIDDEN@t@netwinsite.com> wrote: >
