That is actually the "from address". You can set the actual Reply-To address using the multiple accounts feature.

Note this is still disabled by default as there are a few oddities I need to resolve - I should get on to those actually... Anyway, you can enable for all users using "show_identities true" in surgeweb custom/config*.dat.
