Hmm, that sounds a bit odd. It seems like the surgeweb javascript code is not getting the html from the editor somehow. Here are a few questions to try and narrow it down:
Is it reproducible? (yes by the sounds of it, and if so good)
Which browser is the user using and does the problem continue if they try using a different browser?
Which SurgeWeb interface are they using?
Is the browser displaying any errors in the error console.
Could you drop me their _user.dat file so I can see if they have any particularly unusual settings configured. (find using "tellmail swpathHIDDEN@omain" and make sure you send it offlist)
If they clear the browser cache does it improve matters?
Ah also have a look at their signature. That has potential to cause problems in terms of formatting of the email etc.
Note: Java and javascript are two different beasts, SurgeWeb does not use java so updating Java should not be relevant to this issue. Surgeweb does use JavaScript but that is fully built into the web browsers.

Hi
one of my customers are using Surgeweb and the last two days when they send a mail the body is blank, even if sending to me or themselves.
So far
I asked them to update java on all machines.
