The messages in the surgeweb Templates folder are just any draft messages (like in the drafts folder), except for the fact that they do not get deleted when you open one up and press send.As such you can compose a message save it as a draft then copy it to the templates folder, or duplicate an existing message in the templates folder (I guess by copying it to another folder and then back to templates) and you will have another template message.. Or a third option much like the first is compose using any mail client external to surgeweb save as draft, and then move to the templates folder.Marijn On Wednesday 30/01/2013 at 9:55 pm, surgemailHIDDEN@etwinsite.com wrote: HiWhen we first installed Surgeweb I created some templates in the Templates folder on our office users PC's.Time sheets, Advise to customers etc.I am now wanting to create some more and I cannot remember how I did the formatted Templates..I know you have to have a Templates folder.....
