Feature has been in a while yes, but is nothing too exciting really... It allows you to save "some text" as part of your mailbox and edit the text and save it back to the mailbox. Just draft email messages that will live in any folder and by default don't behave like email messages in terms of having send buttons etc. Kinda handy for some arbitrary notes or things to action list etc.
