Hi Something will be triggering a javascript error during the surgeweb intialisation. It is likely to be one invalid characters or name washing in one of several things: - Something to do with particular messages in the inbox - Something to do with the html of signature settings etc - Possibly even folder naming etc Although I'm not aware of specific issues / situations that are still in surgeweb that can be causing this, we have seen this in the past. Which version of surgemail are you on? Looking at the browser error console should provide quite a lot of info when the exception occurs. Chrome or FireFox generally give the most useful error message in this situation. I'd be happy to login to the account in question if needed and would be able to tell fairly quickly what is going on if you want me to.
