Ah that is a rather old build. Yep definitely start by upgrading to the latest surgemail version - I suggest the latest 6.4a beta actually rather than release build and I expect this will be resolved. For changes in surgeweb since the build you are running see: http://netwinsite.com/surgeweb/help/updates.htm Let me know if that does not resolve the issue.
