I'd schedule 3 minutes... It might take less but just to be safe... :-) 

 

Between those builds you won't hit any real problems as far as I can recall.  

 

You should then visit the config checker page after upgrading to see if there are any settings you might want to add from the suggested ones.   If you are extremely careful by nature, then you might do that a day or two later then if a config setting causes a problem you will know and can quickly undo the problem setting..

I am hideously behind in updating my surgemail (if it isn't broke don't fix it). I bit the bullet and have a copy of 6.4a to install but wanted to ask if anyone has done this kind of leap in versions and if so, what gotcha's should I be aware of? Also, what kind of time should I allocate for the upgrade to this project, I have about 10,000 mailboxes (guestimate) on this server?
