No problem. There are SOOOO many things that can "break" a PST file,
when I worked at my last job, I put a shortcut on peoples desktops to
the PST repair tool, so they didn't have to go digging to find it.
<smile>. A very frequent issue, especially when it gets huge. Beside
the 2 gig limit (which also happens on systems that are formatted as FAT
instead of NTFS), the older style PST's had, I believe, a 65k limit on
entries in a given folder, and usually the one that runs out of space
first, is the SENT file, then the Inbox. If the file is too big to move
to sent, they can quickly gain some space by emptying their Trash
folder. When removing files from the PST, to get a space reclaim, they
should do SHIFT-DEL for immediate delete without stopping in the Trash
Can. Then, there is a COMPACT PST function, that removes all the spaces
in the file from random file deletions. The care and feeding of
Outlook/PST files can be a full time job in a large organization.
