Yeah the whole .pw deluge of crap is what led me to start looking into denying by TLD in the first place.
What I'm wondering is if g_ban_from blocks just incoming messages on port 25 or will it prevent authentication and sending from legit accounts "from" those tlds?
Also we need to make sure we differentiate between blocking TLD's and geocoded IP's that are tied to countries.
Like which setting is checking an IP vs the country? Which setting is just checking the headers for TLD's that match?

Subject: [SurgeMail List] pw tld has become a haven for spammers
we've been inundated with spam from .pw domain names.
here's one article talking about this:
http://domainincite..com/12895-directi-fighting-massive-pw-spam-outbreak
since .pw was initially the tld for palau, and i don't believe any of my
customers has any dealings with anyone there, how do i drop all inbound
mail for this tld?
