You mean in relation to audio or in relation to the attachment uploader? (which are the only two places Flash is currently used in surgeweb)

At this stage I don't have any specific plans but as the case becomes more convincing I may well do some further investigation to see how capable and widely supported the html5 equivalents are. What specifically are you trying to avoid / improve on?
