The EICAR test virus was always detected.  SO I was confused as to why this caught but didn't catch the zipped viruses.  Aside from renaming the ZIp file (_zip.dat) what do you suggest to do to catch zipped viruses? 

I'm using avast now with also the simple built in virus checker, can I add others too?
