Hi Surgeweb passes the full message content from the server to the browser as a javascript data string. It sounds like some content (possibly some odd utf8 characters that are handled in a special way by the browser and not getting correctly encoded) is tripping up surgeweb and resulting in a javascript exception, when the messages are tried to be fetched and or displayed It is likely to only be one message that is causing the trouble and quite it the past when this has happened it has frequently been a spam message with intentional weird encoding tricks. If you pass me the messages in question, or put them in a test account where I can access them, Ill run some tests on them and fix whatever I find is wrong.
