Just an observation. This is not the place to do bandwidth throttling (traffic shaping). You should either be doing this at your firewall (although that's debatable) or with a specialized appliance. I would prefer my applications stay within their specialty and not try to do everything. <big smiley> In case this comes across a being abrupt. It's not intended to be.
