We have customers asking why when they send mail from different devises.

Outlook

Android phone

Apple phone

Surgeweb.

The sent mail is in different folders.

I use a mobile and I have the normal sent folder 

Then in More folders I have a System_Sent.

I remember this was setup as a way to have the sent items on Surgeweb.

Is there a way to have them all into the sent folder?
