If I say nothing you'll probably find something I've forgotten about...
Generally nothing critical though :-)
Some things like the train data mirror as they occur, but the resync doesn't pick up the old ones so it can take a few days to populate...

(the dlist folder/tree might be worth manually copying too for the same reason, it only mirrors changes)
