Throttling continues until midnight.� No there is no way to exclude a user, I will add one (restarting surgemail will clear the throttle too)

How long is a client throttled if they exceed g_imap_throttle_limit? Is it 24 hrs? And is there a way to exclude a user from being throttled if need be?
