Hmm, good point, we are going to start by adding a function you can 
use in sf_mfilter_local.txt that will convert any specified rule into 
a manual/fixed rule rather than
a generated rule, which will make the process a lot easier than it is 
now at least.

So after you have this version you would just add a single rule like 
this to adjust the score for that feature:

      call  tomanual(0.95,"x-spamdetect","genuine_hotmail")
