Let me first say that I love that you guys added g_bull_rule to surgemail it is a fantastic feature!

I'm wondering if there is a way to create a list of "exceptions" for accounts that you do NOT want to receive the bulletins? For example, we have an account for our work order request system. When ever someone sends a bulletin a new work order is auto-generated based on the content of their bulletin. :) I find it humorous... they do not.
