Hiding it can be done by using extend.css with the following in any 
recent build:


 #remember_me{
  display:none;
 }

That will remove the remember me tickbox. The remember me state is 
cookies based, and the above will not however disable the feature for 
anyone who has already ticked the remember me tickbox, as it stands 
there is no way to actually disable this feature. I'll add a way of 
doing so to surgemail but you will need a new build to actually 
disable this.
