The default is that when user 1 deletes a messages, it's removed from the server. In that case, if user 1 deletes a message before user 2 or user 3 have downloaded it, then it's gone and user 2 and user 3 will never see it. Sounds like you or someone needs to go over the setup of the email clients on those three machines. Lyle
