I recently had our SSL certificate for surgemail renewed, and we're having some issues with it.  The root cause is described here:https://knowledge.geotrust.com/support/knowledge-base/index?page=content&id=AR1422&actp=LIST&viewlocale=en_US

 

According to the instructions, for the certificate to be fully trusted by all browsers, we have to install a new intermediate CA on the server.  I don't think that we can do this, can we?

 

Is this resolved in later versions of Surgemail already?  We still have an old version (3.9c-1).
