it's a bit abstruse.  do NOT click the + next to domain settings. just 
click on domain settings and you'll get a list of your domains. when you 
click on any one of them the next screen has a delete button.

ps - being a command line bigot, i always do this be editing 
/etc/surgemail.ini then issuing `tellmail reload`.
