Actually there was one. I just can't find it anymore...

We're moving into a VM setup here and I tried setting up a new mirror 
in the vm but it doesn't work there. Can't figure out why yet so I 
wanted the old troubleshooting page to go through the steps again. I 
see that someone closed my ticket on the issue while I was gone so 
I'll have to do some back tracking and figure out what they did and 
why they think it should be closed... Anyway, I'll email if I need 
more help...
