The executables replaced during upgrade and the template files replaced are stored in the surgemail/rollback directories.  There is a command to restore these but it is not commonly used and probably it is easiest for you to manually restore any files you need from here - or by just installing the old distribution you were running. Neither of these restores any surgemail.ini setting changes or spam handling settings etc. 

Please get us a few examples of the messages that are getting caught and your surgemail.ini and I'll pass them on urgently to chris and try and get him to offer comments while he is away on leave.

Is there anyway to rollback to a previous build with the setting you had before upgrade. I just upgraded to 5.0e4-4 last Wed. Since then I have had nothing but issue with clients that are not getting there email they used to get fine. Most of them us Outlook so they have no idea there is a Held folder. 99% of the time that where the missing mail is. I have the SPF setting to STAMP not STRICT and still these email are going in held and more spam is making it through.
