In general, for a brief time you can leave it like that.  The only thing I know of that will fail is mailing lists because it cannot send out to a mailing list without the master (otherwise it might send out twice which would be bad) so if you need to send to a mailing list during those two days then you will need to switch master/slave, otherwise it's easier to leave it.

Question on mirroring. I have my master and slave setup currently and all  is
 
synced and working fine. The Master will be taken offline for about 2  days
 
due to a location move and then turned back on. Do I need to rename the  
 
master to slave at that time and slave to master, or can it stay as is  and
 
the slave will update the master based on 2 days downtime? It is not a  
 
heavily loaded mailserver.
