Hi I have found similar deletions happening at some customers, it always ended up with someone having a "Delete after xx days" setting incorrectly set. We ended up just using Surgeweb to access the shared accounts, and no more problems. Check and see if there is someone who only logs in occasionally or from another pc with the crook Outlook settings.
