Latest "official release build" as noted: http://netwinsite.com/cgi-bin/keycgi.exe?cmd=download&product=surgemail& is surgemail_60a5_windows.exe (and other platforms) available ftp://netwinsite.com/pub/surgemail the surgemail_release_windows.exe type entries in that directory are just unix symlinks to the latest actual versioned binary, so that download sites etc can have a single link.
