Hmmm, for starters I just tried my test account on your server and addresses have come across fine for that. It sounds like you are only having the problems with one of your accounts right? No immediate suggestions as to why though. Start by checking the actual user.abk file exists in the the users surgemail mailstore/mdir directory and has sensible content. If that is there it surgeweb should see the contact information including all group information when the user logs in. Is it possible the user logged in before the mirror was complete, if so then it may have a stale cached version. But the deletion of the surgeweb cache directory, or any action updating the addressbook (eg sending an email) should reset that anyway, so seems unlikely... Not sure what you refer to in terms of "groupname". All group information etc should be stored as part of the user.abk file. So yeah, all I can suggest is just check the user.abk and compare it with the contents of User.abk_cache in surgeweb directory and see if either or both of those are empty and replace user.abk from your original server if you need to??
