It sounds like you have everything right, can you send me a screen shot of what you see when you login with this account, and your surgemail.ini then I can check.

I am trying to use the Surgemail web based interface ( https:///maildomian.com:7443/cgi/domadmin.cgi) to administer users. The account I have designated in the Web GUI to be able to log into this site should have rights to administer others accounts. There are 2 settings that make this happen as far as I understand it. 

Domain managers username (for web based domain administration)

And

Default admin features granted to domain admins in this domain

We have both of these defined. After I enabled these I reloaded surgemail using the tellmail command but when I log into that interface using the account defined I do not have any admin rights to manage any other accounts but my own. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
